Some of the best practice applies to all emails eg. how to write a good subject line and when is a good time to send an email, but my experience and recommendations are focussed on product businesses, so I’d recommend you look elsewhere if you are a service-based business.

At some point, I’ll need a bank of images from you to build out the emails with, but we can talk through this closer to the time. Please collate any brand guideline documents you have. Leave everything else to me!

My project lasts anywhere between 4-8 weeks, depending on how many flows are involved and how quickly the client can provide feedback. After the new and improved flows have gone live, you have 30 days of my monitoring and support before we wrap up. I also offer ongoing optimisation retainers on a monthly or quarterly basis, so you won't be left alone unless you want to be!
