The Challenge

Prioritising the optimisation of automated email flows, to free up time for business as usual marketing.

The team at Scamp and Dude wanted to ensure their email flows were driving as much e-commerce revenue for them as possible, whilst keeping on top of their business as usual marketing.

They were sending regular, well performing campaigns, but didn't have the resource to analyse and optimise their email flows.

The Solution

  • Step one: Account audit

    To start with my team and I immersed ourselves with the brand - auditing everything from their campaigns, customer segmentation and data capture. Our process is all about ensuring optimum performance across the entire marketing channel.

  • Step two: Flow optimisation

    When it came to email flows, following an audit of existing flows, we then began to optimise them. After, came the wireframing and building of new flows within their Klaviyo account, including Cold Leads, Abandoned Added to Bag and VIP flows.

  • Step three: collaborative change

    To ensure success, we worked alongside the Scamp & Dude team. Working together allowed us to pass essential expertise on and optimise for on-going growth to the brand. We were excited to see significant lift in their email revenue as well as an all-round improved customer experience.
